HIGHVERN, a Jersey-based fiduciary, corporate and fund administration services provider, has appointed Colm Clifford as the firm’s Irish independent non-executive director.
Clifford, a former KPMG audit partner with over 25 years experience in various senior leadership roles in financial services, joins the board alongside Ireland country head, Philip Dempsey, and fellow directors Emma Keane and Adrian Bailie.
Clifford has extensive industry experience in asset management, structured finance products, and treasury.
HIGHVERN launched its Irish business, with offices in Dublin, in January 2022. The group also has a presence in the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, the UK and Switzerland.
