Highview Capital makes promotions and new hires

Highview Capital (Highview), a Los Angeles-based middle-market private equity firm, has promoted Victor Bunce to vice president and added three additional professionals tom its team. Krysty Penwell and Scott Kingsley have joined as vice presidents and Christian Boorom has joined as an associate.

Bunce joined Highview in July 2020 and works across a variety of existing portfolio companies including GS Foods, Randall Foods and Watterson. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Watterson. Prior to joining Highview, Victor worked at Harris Williams, a middle market investment bank.

Penwell is a vice president on Highview’s business development team. She is focused on developing relationships with investment bankers and augmenting the firm’s coverage for new deal opportunities. Penwell joins from CenterOak Partners, a private equity fund focused on investments in industrial growth, consumer, and business services. She was previously at Cambridge Associates, an investment portfolio management and advisory services firm. 

Kingsley is a vice president on Highview’s business development team. He is focused on driving the firm’s outreach for proprietary investment opportunities. Scott joins from Great River Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm focused on industrial technology and services companies. He was previously at JMC Capital Partners, a private equity fund investing in industrial products and industrial technology-focused companies. 

Boorom is an Associate on Highview’s investment team. He is focused on all aspects of the investment process including evaluation, diligence, and execution of new investment opportunities. Boorom joins the firm from LEK Consulting, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions across a variety of sectors, including consumer, industrials, and healthcare. He was also previously at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on strategy for financial institutions.
