Law firm Hill Dickinson has appointed James Harmer as a Corporate Partner specialising in debt capital market transactions as part of the firm’s business services group based in its office in London.
In his new role, Harmer will cover both private placements of debt and issuances in the public markets.
Prior to Hill Dickinson, Harmer was most recently on the debt capital markets team at international law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell in London.
