Global law firm Hogan Lovells has appointed Adrienne Ellman as a partner in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity practices, based in New York.
Recognised as a “Leading Lawyer” by The Legal 500 in M&A nationwide, Ellman will further strengthen the firm’s transactional capabilities, particularly in the life sciences and health care sector. Ellman is the fifth corporate partner to join the firm’s New York office this month. Her arrival follows those of M&A partners Luke Iovine, Peter Cohen-Millstein, Megan Ridley-Kaye, and investment funds partner Parik Dasgupta, each of whom joined the firm in February.
