Law firm Hogan Lovells has appointed Thibault Dupont-Nougein as a partner in the firm’s Private Equity & Funds practice area in Paris. He joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Dupont-Nougein is an investment funds lawyer with a practice focused on fund formation and private equity transactions. He advises on a spectrum of funds that includes private equity funds (LBO, growth, venture), funds of funds, infrastructure funds, and real estate funds, as well as continuation funds.
He has experience both with primary transactions, providing asset managers advice through every stage of the fund lifecycle, as well as in the secondary market, assisting clients with GP- and LP-led transactions.
