Hogan Lovells has advised Exponent Private Equity funds and other management shareholders on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Magicalia Media Limited to Immediate Media Co Limited. The sale of Magicalia completed on 31 October 2011.
The Hogan Lovells team advising Exponent was led by London private equity partner Tom Whelan (pictured), assisted by corporate associate Monika Przygoda, share schemes associate Louise Crook and tax associate Andy Treavett.
