Holland & Knight has launched HK Deal Flow, a new program designed to facilitate deal leads by matching acquisition or capital raising opportunities with buyers and investors.
HK Deal Flow utilises the firm’s network of more than 1,300 lawyers and advisors to leverage their deep knowledge of markets and industries to find acquisition and investment opportunities. Over the past year, Holland & Knight informally conducted the deal flow program and based on the positive feedback, the firm is formalising the process to bring access to the program to a wider group.
A key differentiator of the program is that it is not limited to existing Holland & Knight clients. Both clients and prospective clients can take advantage of deal introductions. The program also provides broad distribution for opportunities presented to Holland & Knight by sellers, companies seeking capital and deal intermediaries. In all cases, no finders or similar transaction fees are charged to program participants. HK Deal Flow allows the firm to bring buyers and sellers opportunities from a wide geographic area that they would not be able to identify on their own.

Holland & Knight’s M&A and Private Equity lawyers have handled thousands of transactions across all industries and geographic locations. During the past year, the HK Deal Flow program has sourced over 300 deal opportunities and facilitated over 400 introductions for program participants.
