Law firm Honigman has added Alexander Moss and Injune Park to the Private Equity Practice in the firm’s Corporate Department. Marking the seventh and eighth partner appointments this year, both join from Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff.
Based in Chicago, Moss and Park bring a wealth of experience advising corporate and private equity clients in strategic transactions.
Moss focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, proprietary and auction sales, restructurings, control and minority investments, and joint ventures. He primarily represents sophisticated middle-market private equity funds and their portfolio companies in transactions. He also represents independent sponsors and public and private companies with respect to strategic M&A and equity matters. Additionally, Moss regularly advises on general corporate governance, organisational, and operational issues for his clients.
Park focuses his practice on private equity transactions and business mergers & acquisitions and sale transactions. He has represented middle-market private equity funds, independent sponsors, and their portfolio companies, as well as public and privately held companies on transactions ranging from less than $10 million to more than $10 billion in enterprise value. He also offers comprehensive counsel on a wide spectrum of general corporate and commercial matters.
Honigman’s Private Equity Practice is consistently ranked among the top 10 nationally by PitchBook, and the firm’s Corporate Department advised on more than $42bn in deal value from 2024-2025.
