A fund managed by Horizon Capital is to acquire a minority stake in Intellias, an IT Services provider with operations in Ukraine.

To increase its client service capabilities, Intellias is expanding its delivery hubs beyond Lviv, already successfully launching in Kyiv and Odesa, with Kharkiv and Ivano Frankivsk next in development, as well as locations in Central and Eastern Europe.
