Horizon Capital has exited its investment portfolio company AgriBriefing with a sale of the business to Five Arrow-backed Mintec, delivering 3x return on invested capital in the process.
Headquartered in London, with offices in the US and France, AgriBriefing comprises multiple global brands with a combined heritage of over 180 years specialising in agri-food supply chains through its products and proprietary data.
During Horizon’s period of investment, the business made four international acquisitions and disposed of a non-core division. It also established a significant presence in the large US market and subscription revenues grew threefold.
