ICR Capital, the broker-dealer affiliate of strategic communications and advisory firm ICR, has hired Michael Goldberg as a Managing Director in its Equity Capital Markets group.
Goldberg will advise corporate management teams and financial sponsors across all industry verticals on the full spectrum of public and private equity transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, SPACs and convertible offerings.
