Cherry Tree Dental (Cherry Tree), a Midwest USA dental service organisation backed by private equity firm ICV Parthjers (ICV) has made three acquisitions,Downtown Dental Associates and Robert J Kingston, DDS in Minneapolis and Fairmont Family Dentistry, in Fairmont, Minnesota.
ICV Partners, a Miami-based investment firm that focuses on lower middle market companies in business services, consumer goods & services, food & beverage, and healthcare, made a majority investment in Cherry Tree, in partnership with Co-CEOs Steve Sorrel and Jack Young, in February 2021.
