IDR a provider of onboarding client solutions for private markets funds, has expanded its management team with the appointment of Karen Bee as senior delivery manager for operations, Jason Green as chief technology officer and Dan Loughney as finance director.
Bee, who has worked in investor onboarding in the financial services sector for almost 20-years, will take responsibility for the delivery of the firm’s service offering in all jurisdictions, as well as the ongoing development of its global operations teams.
Green has a 15-year track record working in senior technology roles across a broad range of sectors from start-ups to listed businesses. He’s also a seasoned entrepreneur and has built products from the ground up. He will be leading IDR’s technology strategy to enhance the firm’s existing offering and develop new services.
Loughney is an ACA qualified accountant with more than nine years of experience in senior finance roles for PE backed tech firms. His focus will be on the planning and execution of IDR’s financial strategy and overseeing the growth of the firm’s business into new service lines and locations from a commercial perspective.
