IK Partners portfolios company Blanchon Group has acquired Rigo Verffabriek and Rigo Verfcentrum (RIGO), a Dutch family-owned business specialising in the design and manufacturing of finishing products for wood and paints for heritage buildings, dedicated to professional customers.
This acquisition is part of the Blanchon Group’s strategy to accelerate its international growth and become a European leader in protection, maintenance, renovation and decoration of indoor and outdoor wood surfaces and vinyl flooring.
RIGO’s previous owners and top management will remain fully involved in the company and takes over the overall responsibility for the Benelux region, and have invested into the Blanchon group alongside with current shareholders.
