Inflexion Private Equity, the mid-market private equity investor, has recruitedt Anthony Bower as Assistant Director to strengthen the existing investment team.
Anthony joins Inflexion after completing an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus Graduate School of Business where he specialised in, inter alia, advanced corporate finance and corporate restructuring. Prior to this he was an Investment Manager at Baird Capital Partners responsible for the direct origination of investment opportunities as well as being heavily involved in the execution of deals particularly in the business services, healthcare and technology sectors.
As part of his new role, Anthony will be working in the London office leading the direct deal origination aspect of Inflexion’s investment team, both independently and in partnership with key intermediaries targeting specific sectors and regions as well as working on new investment opportunities.

Inflexion’s most recent transaction was the GBP25m buyout of Aspen Pumps, a manufacturer of air conditioning pumps. 2006 was Inflexion’s busiest year having completed the buyouts of Tekton, Autocruise, Parasol and Viking Moorings. Inflexion also realised two investments in its portfolio in 2006, ACIS and Crown Sports, as well as successfully raising its GBP165 million 2006 Buyout Fund.
