Philadelphia-based buyout firm Inverness Graham (IG) has appointed Tonya Zweier as Financial Operating Partner and Jeffrey Silverman as Growth Operating Partner within its 12-person value creation group (VCG).
In her new role, Zweier will lead VCG’s business visibility function.
Prior to joining IG, Zweier was Finance Director at private equity firm The Riverside Company, where she oversaw analysis of financial performance, implemented best practices across reporting and forecasting processes and applied analytics and data-based insights to promote revenue growth and EBITDA expansion.
Zweier has also served as a financial executive for both publicly traded and private equity-backed technology companies including McBee, Alliance Global Services, the Neat Company and Safeguard Scientifics.
In his new role, Silverman will lead VCG’s revenue generation function.
Prior to joining IG, Silverman was Chief Revenue Officer at behavioural health software company Qualifacts, where he managed the revenue teams to drive growth of the business, as well as overseeing multiple acquisitions and integrations including an exit to Warburg Pincus.
Silverman has also led sales organisations and teams for healthcare providers including Change Healthcare and McKesson Provider Technologies.
