Inverness Graham-backed Corsica Technologies acquires EDTS & EDTS Cyber

Corsica Technologies, the managed IT services platform of private investment firm Inverness Graham Investments, has acquired EDTS and EDTS Cyber (EDTS), a full-service, Managed IT Solutions Provider (MSP) serving small to medium-sized organisations.

EDTS also operates as a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) delivering critical security services to help clients protect their data.

“Corsica’s acquisition of EDTS allows us to strategically expand our geographic footprint into markets with similar size and maturity characteristics,” says Trey Sykes, Managing Principal of Inverness Graham. “EDTS broadens our platform service capabilities and strengthens our operations and technical know-how in the areas of security, automation, and compliance. Our focus remains on delivering exceptional service to our growing customer base while continuing to add critical strategic capabilities to our platform.”

Dale Walls, CEO of Corsica, says: “EDTS’ customer base is ideally suited for our combined and growing platform that caters to small and medium-sized organisations requiring high-quality, reliable IT solutions. We are continually upgrading our service offering for our customers by combining industry leading solutions that are delivered locally by our customer centric, service-oriented teams. As an example, with our new, advanced security and compliance offerings, we will be even better positioned than ever to protect our small and medium-sized customers that are under increasing threats from cyber-attacks.”

Inverness continues to seek acquisition and partnering opportunities with established regional MSPs of over USD5 million in revenue that serve the small to medium-sized business segment and operate in the highest growth regional markets across the US.

Terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
