Investec Investment Banking (Investec) has appointed Serge Rissi as a Director in the Financial Sponsor Transaction Group, reporting to Christian Hess.
Rissi has 15 years of M&A execution experience. He was most recently a Director at Quayle Munro having originally joined UBS Warburg before spending more than a decade at Hawkpoint.
Rissi’s appointment further strengthens Investec’s dedicated private equity advisory group, which focusses exclusively on Financial Sponsor M&A sell-side and buy-side transactions.
