Rashmi Rao has been appointed as Group CIO at IQ-EQ.
Rao brings 20-plus years of experience to her new role and has a proven track record in leading successful technology transformations in regulated industries. She has previously held a number of senior technology leadership roles with insurance firms including Bupa, management consulting firms including McKinsey and Andersen and Fortune 100 banks.
Rao has advised multiple private equity portfolio companies and brings a global mindset to the role, having worked across the UK, the US, Europe, India and Africa.

Ensuring a smooth user experience internally is important so we can provide a solutions first service for our clients.
