Iron Road Capital Partners expands Chicago team

RMB Capital has appointed Kerry Jordan as director of business development for Iron Road Capital Partners, the firm’s alternative investment platform.

“We continue to expand our team in an effort to support the spectrum of alternative investments we provide,” says Blair Haarlow, managing principal of Chicago-based Iron Road. “Kerry brings significant expertise in building relationships with institutional investors, so we are excited about the contributions she’ll be able to make to our growing business. In addition, Kerry has long-standing involvement in the Chicago financial community with leadership roles at CFA Society Chicago and Econ Illinois.”

In her role, Jordan will build awareness of Iron Road and promote its underlying investment strategies in the investor and fund management communities. She also will be responsible for introducing new clients to each of the various portfolios on the platform, as well as ongoing investor relations.

Jordan’s background includes 15 years of domestic and international financial services experience. Immediately prior to RMB, she served as head of marketing and investor relations at Chicago Capital Management, focused on raising capital and other business development initiatives. Jordan previously worked as a director at Bank of America’s global derivative products group, where she focused on the structuring and sales of interest rate derivative products.
