Law firm Jackson Walker has hired Patrick H Rose, IV as Partner in the corporate & securities practice group in its Dallas office.
Rose most recently served as Partner at US law firm BakerHostetler. He has previously worked at Wick Phillips, Kane Russell Coleman Logan, Whitaker Chalk Swindle & Schwartz and XTO Energy Inc, a subsidiary of ExxonMobil, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Rose specialises in mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, private equity and general corporate matters, according to a press statement. He represents clients across the healthcare, consumer products, environmental services, business services, real estate, energy, manufacturing, financial services and technology industries.
He has previously represented private equity funds, independent sponsors, public and private companies, search funds, family offices, founders and entrepreneurs in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalisations, debt and equity financings, venture capital transactions and joint ventures.
