Bernard Obika, chief executive, Roughton Group, says: “It is great to finally complete this transaction and we would like to thank Stewart and his team at James Cowper for all their efforts and for coming up with a creative deal structure. This now leaves us well placed to drive and further develop and grow the business in the coming years.”
Stewart Lambert (pictured), a partner in James Cowper’s corporate finance team, says: “I am very pleased that we were able to devise a transaction structure that allowed two of the shareholders to realise value.
