JLL Partners, a New York-based middle market private equity firm focused on investing in businesses in the healthcare, aerospace and defence, and business services sectors, has promoted Vikas Mouli and James Shillito to Managing Director.
Mouli joined JLL in 2017 as a Vice President focusing on healthcare investments and will continue to build on this expertise as a Managing Director. Before joining JLL, Mouli worked in private equity, serving as an Associate at TPG Growth. Mouli has also held the role of M&A Analyst at Barclays.
Shillito joined the firm in 2022 as a Principal and continues to focus on healthcare investments. Prior to JLL, Shillito was a Principal at the Carlyle Group, where he was the sector lead for the firm’s middle market investment efforts in healthcare.
