JPMorgan Chase & Co. has appointed Haidee Lee and Carsten Woehrn as global co-heads of mergers and acquisitions for its team catering to large private equity firms and other financial investors, according to a report by Bloomberg.
According to the report, Lee and Woehrn will co-lead M&A for the bank’s strategy investor group. Woehrn, joined the bank in 2000, as the co-head of its M&A business in Europe, while Lee joined the bank in 2021 to lead sponsor M&A business for North America.
The bankers will be tasked with boosting M&A business with PE firms, and SWFs, according to the firm.
