JPMorgan has launched DealVault, a new technology to track private equity investments valuations, performance, risk and exposure analysis and provide a platform for chief financial officer

JPMorgan has launched DealVault, a new technology to track private equity investments valuations, performance, risk and exposure analysis and provide a platform for chief financial officers, deal and investor relations professionals to centralise volumes of deal tracking information.

Developed by JPMorgan Private Equity Fund Services, DealVault is designed to integrates with accounting and back office systems and provide private equity investment professionals with a single platform to administer every aspect of a private equity investment’s lifecycle.

The products offers the ability to store portfolio company information in a web-based solution, package information in an audit-controlled environment favoured by auditors, facilitate ongoing independent reviews valuations, performance against investment thesis and trend analysis, and reduce time spent aggregating and reconciling volumes of data tracking data.

It currently services more than 200 funds with USD50bn in committed capital and has more than 160 professionals at offices in New York, London, Sydney, San Francisco, Chicago and Dallas.
