JTC Group and Kensington Trust Group (KTG) have formed a strategic alliance that was agreed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in March.
The alliance creates a global offering of trust, fiduciary and corporate services and fund administration.
Recently established, with offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Labuan and Indonesia, KTG has attracted some of the most experienced and respected leaders in the industry.
Raymond Wong, regional managing director of KTG, says: “The alliance enables KTG to serve the demanding needs of our international clients, in conjunction with an organisation that shares our core values.”

JTC Group was formed in 1987 and, excluding KTG, operates in 11 jurisdictions across the world, including Jersey, Guernsey, Luxembourg, the UK, Switzerland, the BVI, Argentina, Brazil, New Zealand, the US (a representative office) and the Cayman Islands (via an alliance).
