JTC Group has made three senior appointments in its offices in Jersey, London and Guernsey.
Stuart Pinnington, previously managing director of TMF Group in Jersey, has been appointed group head of corporate services and sits on the JTC Group Holdings board.
Pinnington is a qualified solicitor who has practised as a lawyer in London, the British Virgin Islands and Jersey specialising in banking, asset finance and fund formation. He will be responsible for the development of the corporate business division across the expanding network of group offices and is based in Jersey.
Charles Grime has been appointed a group director and is based in the group’s London office. He qualified as a solicitor while working for Allen & Overy in London and later worked in the Caribbean before helping set up Ogier’s Cayman practice in London. He has considerable experience of the African market and most recently was a partner and investment director at Duet Infrastructure Partners which latterly became Aventa Capital Partners.
Marc Farror becomes a director of the Guernsey office. He has 20 years’ experience working with some of Jersey’s leading independent trust companies. In addition to developing the group’s fiduciary business in Guernsey, he will play a key role in working with JTC Group’s clients in Russia and CIS.
