Kainos Capital (Kainos), a food and consumer-focused private equity firm, has promoted Claire Bissot to Managing Director. As leader of Human Resources and Talent on the firm’s Operations Team, Bissot serves as a strategic partner to portfolio companies.
Her focus is on supporting their human capital management functions, strengthening their organisational development, and helping implement processes and procedures to better sustain growing businesses.
Bissot has significant experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, employee relations, operational optimisation, and leadership development.
Prior to joining Kainos in 2021, Bissot spent her career working with small to mid-size companies, including former Kainos portfolio company Olde Thompson.
