Kainos Capital (Kainos), a food and consumer-focused private equity firm, has promoted David Gassko and Jeff Moredock to Partner. Gassko and Moredock were both previously Principals, and each have over a decade of experience in the food and consumer sectors.
Gassko joined Kainos in 2013 as an Associate, having begun his career as an investment banker with Wells Fargo. Following business school, he returned to Kainos as a Vice President. Gassko holds an MBA, with honours, from The Wharton School, and a BA in Economics and English, cum laude, from Rice University.
Moredock joined Kainos in 2017 as a Vice President, having previoulsy served as a Vice President at CenterOak Partners and an Associate at Brazos Partners. He began his career as an investment banker with Deutsche Bank’s M&A Group.
Moredock holds an MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School, and a BA in economics and history, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
