Keensight Capital, a private equity firm focused on pan-European growth buyouts, has backed inherent group in its acquisition of CONEXIO Telecom, a provider of high-speed connectivity and telephony solutions.
The acquisition will strengthen inherent group’s local market presence while enabling the company to offer tailored, customised connectivity solutions specifically designed to meet the needs of SMEs and local authorities.
Founded in 2017, CONEXIO Telecom has established itself as a key independent player in the B2B telecoms sector, serving over 1,000 clients across small businesses, industrial players, and public entities. The company supports clients in the development and deployment of their network infrastructure and communication systems.
By integrating CONEXIO Telecom, inherent group broadens its footprint, with 45 branch locations now available throughout France. The acquisition also expands inherent group’s service offering, combining its expertise with CONEXIO Telecom’s proven solutions for SMEs and local authorities.
As part of the integration, inherent group will leverage its capabilities to introduce IT and cybersecurity services to CONEXIO Telecom’s existing portfolio, enhancing the overall service offering and creating a fully integrated telecommunications and IT solution for clients.
