Keensight Capital (Keensight), a private equity firm focusing on pan-European Growth Buyout investments, has appointed Stephane Prats as a partner and head of Keensight Performance.
Prats brings over 25 years’ experience as an entrepreneur in strategy consulting, where he advised large corporates and private-equity-backed businesses. The firm says he will lead the performance team, comprised of 36 professionals, which works closely with the investment team to bring proactive and on-demand support to portfolio companies’ management.
In recent years, Keensight has expanded the performance team to a curate knowledge base across marketing, sales and go-to-market strategy to drive topline growth; M&A experts to support add-on execution; and technology experts, including team members focused on cybersecurity and AI. The team also brings dedicated ESG expertise.
Prats will succeed Remi Louvel, formerly head of Keensight performance, who has recently taken on a new role as head of corporate development.
