Kester Capital, a lower mid-market buyout firm focused on the healthcare, information & data and technology sectors, has added to its growing team with appointment of Abhishek Majumdar as Principal and Cam Steele as Vice President.
Majumdar previously spent seven years at Inflexion where he worked on a number of transactions in the technology and services sectors. He is a graduate of Oxford University, where he studied Physics.
Before joining Kester, Steele spent five years at Skill Capital, leading the firm’s B2B software & services franchise and partnering with entrepreneurs on early stage, growth capital and leveraged buyout investments. He graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Biological Sciences.
Kester has also made a number of promotions: Thomas Holroyd to Partner; Rob Henderson and Ben Woolley to Principal; and David Fernie to Vice President.
