KKR & Co has invested in Infobric, a Sweden-based software company serving the construction industry, alongside majority owner Stirling Square and Infobric’s management team, according to a report by Bloomberg citing unnamed sources familiar with the deal.
The transaction values the Jönköping-based business at approximately €600m ($702m).
The New York-based private equity giant is deploying capital primarily from its $2.8bn Global Impact Fund II, which targets companies whose products address societal challenges. KKR’s Next Generation Technology Growth Fund III also participated in the investment.
Infobric provides software designed to streamline the construction ecosystem, with around 450,000 app users across the Nordics and the UK. Stirling Square acquired a majority stake in the company in 2023 and manages €3.5bn in European mid-market assets.
Post-investment, Infobric plans to accelerate its expansion into North America, particularly the US, through acquisitions, according to people close to the company.
