Kneip acquires Patrimoine TV

Kneip, a service provider to the asset management industry, has acquired Patrimoine TV, an online video producer dedicated to the financial industry.

This acquisition comes shortly after the repurchase of Kneip’s shares from 3i, and supports Kneip’s ongoing strategy in developing video and web TV services for the financial industry.

The addition of Patrimoine TV will enable Kneip to bring a new dimension to its existing video production capabilities and provide a web TV platform for its clients.

Bogdan Kowal, chief executive of Patrimoine TV, says: “Our partnership with Kneip will allow us to expand our capabilities and develop new markets, while sharing a common vision of quality, transparency, and effective communication.”

Patrimoine TV will be located at Kneip’s office in the Palais Brongniart in Paris.

Bob Kneip, founder and chief executive of Kneip, says: “Enhanced communications with investors has become a top consideration for asset managers worldwide. As such, Kneip is focused on providing asset managers a choice of channels to help them target their domestic and international markets efficiently and cost-effectively. Having established our video production through the acquisition of La Cote Bleue in 2009, the addition of Patrimoine TV is a natural progression of our business offering.”
