LBC Credit Partners (LBC), a middle market direct lending platform and a division of CIFC Asset Management, has promoted Homyar Choksi, who joined the firm back in 2007, to Deputy Chief Investment Officer.
Choksi’s new role, based out of the provider’s headquarters in Radnor, Pennsylvania, will see him continuing to serve on the firm’s investment committee and lead the originations team while taking on additional investment responsibilities.
Prior to joining LBC, Choksi served as a Managing Director within the corporate lending division at GE Capital, having started his career in 1991 as part of its corporate audit staff programme.
In recent weeks, LBC has provided a senior secured credit facility to support Ambient Entreprises’s refinancing of its existing debt facility, as well as debt financing to support Legacy Partners’s merger with Southern Roofing and Renovations.
