Private equity investment firm LDC has increased its support for portfolio company management teams across the UK with the appointment of Jasmine Megson in the newly created role of Portfolio Networks Director in its Value Creation Partners (VCP) team.
Megson will lead the development and management of LDC’s Executive and Non-Executive Network, ensuring the firm’s portfolio companies have access to the senior talent and expertise they need to grow, both at the point of investment and during the life of the partnership.
LDC’s scale and heritage mean the firm has an extensive network of business leaders, spanning every region and sector of the UK economy, who can support the growth of its 90 portfolio companies. The LDC Network helps management teams to access the right talent – a common challenge and opportunity for UK businesses.
Megson brings 10 years’ experience in private equity with deep expertise in origination and talent strategy. She joins from CGE Partners, where she was Head of Origination and Talent, responsible for building and managing the firm’s network of senior leaders. Prior to this, she spent four and a half years at Inflexion, where she focused on the development of its network of Executives and Non-Executives.
