Private equity investor LDC has appointed Richard Haynes as Commercial Director, Natasha Fisher as Commercial Manager and Arnie Fuller as Technology Manager, of it valuation creation partners (VCP) team, bolstering the support it provides to management teams across its portfolio.
Haynes will lead the commercial valuation creation partners (VCP) team, helping LDC’s portfolio companies to accelerate growth by building greater sales, marketing and pricing effectiveness. He has circa 20 years’ experience in helping UK businesses to successfully deliver commercial growth. Haynes was previously Chief Commercial Officer at Avado, a private equity backed digital learning business.
Fisher will also focus on supporting commercial growth across the portfolio through sales, marketing, cross-sell and pricing effectiveness. Previously, she was a Consultant at Armstrong Transaction Services, where she worked on commercial due diligence and value creation projects for private equity mid-market funds, debt providers and corporate investors. Fisher also has experience in strategy consulting, having started her career with Simon-Kucher & Partners.
Fuller, currently IT Manager at LDC, will partner with LDC’s portfolio company management teams to help improve their IT effectiveness. This will include supporting cyber improvements and controls, IT strategy and IT health checks to help our businesses deliver best in class IT to enable them to grow effectively and efficiently. Fuller has over ten years’ experience in the sector.
