LGT Capital Partners has held the final close of Crown Growth Opportunities IV (CGR IV), the firm’s fourth global venture capital fund, with more than $930m in capital commitments – in excess of its original $750m target.
LGT Capital Partners has held the final close of Crown Growth Opportunities IV (CGR IV), the firm’s fourth global venture capital fund, with more than $930m in capital commitments – in excess of its original $750m target.
The fund’s investor base includes pension funds, endowments, foundations, insurance companies and family offices globally.
CGR IV provides investors with global venture and growth stage exposure through established and emerging managers. The fund invests through primary funds but will also use secondaries and co-investments to add exposure to competitive underlying companies throughout the US, Europe and Asia.
LGT CP has invested over $10bn since inception, and has established strong relationships with over 400 venture capital firms globally.
