LGT Capital Partners, the Swiss alternative investment manager, has strengthened its teams in New York, Hong Kong and Switzerland with a number of experienced private equity professionals.

Singaporean Andrew Kwee has joined the firm in New York to lead its US private equity office. He previously spent 10 years at GIC Special Investments, the private equity group of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, where he was responsible for establishing and managing its New York office.
Doug Coulter has joined LGT Capital Partners’ Hong Kong office to lead its Asia-Pacific private equity investment activities. Canadian national Coulter previously worked for eight years at the International Finance Corporation, part of the World Bank group, in Hong Kong and Washington DC, where he was responsible for principal investments across the Asian region.
Jürg Burkhard has joined the firm in Pfäffikon in his native Switzerland to lead its private equity portfolio and risk management activities. Burkhard previously worked at the private equity fund of funds Adveq in a similar role following nine years with Ernst & Young and Credit Suisse.
French national Alexandre Delos has also joined the firm’s Pfäffikon headquarters to focus on European private equity investments. He was previously an investment director with the Paris-based funds of fund manager Access Capital Partners, where he spent over six years.
