Trinity Homecare is a CQC ‘Outstanding’ and award-winning home care provider with a mission to enrich quality of life by providing heartfelt home care and support through life’s journeys.
Based in Worcester Park, Trinity Homecare delivers in excess of 16,000 hours of home based care and support each week, enabling over 320 clients to remain living independently within the comfort of their own homes. João Rosa and Martim Avillez, Founding Partners at Limerston Capital, say: “The acquisition of Trinity Homecare Group is a key milestone in Limerston Capital’s investment in the private pay home care market. Combining Trinity Homecare Group’s outstanding regulated live-in care business with the first-class live-in care agency brands Patricia Whites and Country Cousins will create a leading home care platform in the UK. We will continue to support the businesses to deliver outstanding customer service and to grow both organically and through further acquisitions”.
John Cahill, CEO of Consolidated Healthcare Agencies, says: “Following the successful carve-out acquisition in March of Patricia Whites and Country Cousins, the two leading Introductory care brands in the UK, from Saga plc, we are delighted that Mike Smith and his outstanding care team from Trinity Homecare will be part of the group going forward. We jointly share the strategy and vision of providing care and support where we believe it is safest and best delivered for our valued customers – in their own homes – through investment in our carers and innovative technology. The businesses are in a fantastic position to deliver further growth in the coming years working with the experienced team at Limerston Capital”.
Mike Smith, Founder and CEO of Trinity Homecare Group, says: “This acquisition enables us to harness the benefits of being part of a bigger group, whilst retaining our identity, agility and passion to deliver outstanding care to each and every one of our clients. I am delighted to be working with my existing management team, John Cahill and the Limerston Capital team as we begin the next chapter of our journey to support more people with heartfelt home care”.
