Global investment banking advisory firm Lincoln International has added Dr Simon von Witzleben as a Managing Director within its valuations & opinions group in London.
In his new role, Witzleben will lead the provision of fairness and solvency opinion advisory services to European private equity firms, public and private companies and boards of directors.
Witzleben was most recently Managing Director and Co-Head of EMEA Transaction Opinions at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps), where he led the practice’s expansion.
Last year, Lincoln’s global valuations & opinions group provided recurring quarterly portfolio valuations for around 5,000 portfolio companies in the private capital markets, according to a press release.
