Three Rock Group, an Irish insurance broker backed by private equity firm Livingbridge, has completed the acquisition of insurance broker Quote Devil.
The acquisition of will allow Three Rock Group to elevate its position in the Irish insurance market and fuel continued growth through new product offerings and distribution channels.
Quote Devils team brings extensive experience and skills that will help the Three Rock Group to accelerate the growth of the business. Quote Devil will continue to operate as an independent brand and customers will continue to benefit from the expertise of Quote Devil staff.
