Livingbridge, a UK-based mid-market private equity investor, has appointed three new partners – Matt Jacobs, Sanjay Panchal, and Jeremy Dennison – effective from 1 January 2023.
Livingbridge, a UK-based mid-market private equity investor, has appointed three new partners – Matt Jacobs, Sanjay Panchal, and Jeremy Dennison – effective from 1 January 2023.
The promotions round off a strong 2022 for the firm, with Livingbridge having made five new investments, completed 31 strategic bolt-on acquisitions, and invested £315 million of capital across its funds.
Jacobs started his career at PwC in Transaction Services before spending two years in a corporate development role at Sainsbury’s. He joined Livingbridge in 2016 and was recently promoted to head of services.
Panchal meanwhile, has over 16 years’ experience in private equity, having started his career with Teachers’ Private Capital after which he moved to portfolio management with Barclays Ventures. He joined Livingbridge in 2016 and has been an integral part of the healthcare team.
Dennison joined Livingbridge in 2018. As general counsel he is responsible for the firm’s transactional and corporate legal, governance and compliance activities. Prior to Livingbridge he was a private equity M&A lawyer at UK law firm Travers Smith.
