Livingbridge’s portfolio company, T-Pro, a workflow, speech recognition, and ambient scribe technology platform, has acquired Sound Business Systems (SBS), a provider of clinical documentation software for healthcare organisations across New Zealand and Australia.
This is the second strategic acquisition by T-Pro following Livingbridge’s investment.
T-Pro delivers enterprise-grade workflow, speech recognition, and ambient scribe solutions that streamline documentation and free up clinician time. Its platform is designed to scale across geographies and care settings, enabling consistent productivity, compliance, and quality benefits.
The addition of SBS strengthens T-Pro’s presence in the APAC region and reflects its continued commitment to building a unified, global platform that helps health systems accelerate their digital transformation agendas.
The deal follows previous successful acquisitions of Syberscribe in 2022 and NTS in 2023.
