Livingstone’s London office has appointed Karen Dawaf, Tom Smith and Lewis Gray.
Dawaf qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 2011, before joining the corporate finance advisory practice. She spent two years advising clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions and joins Livingstone’s business services sector team as an associate.
Smith qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC where he spent three years with clients in the financial services sector and a further year in the firm’s transactional modelling team, gaining particular experience in the industrial and consumer sectors. He joins Livingstone’s industrial sector team as an analyst.
Gray qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC where he gained experience working alongside a number of financial services clients. He joins Livingstone’s business services sector team as an analyst.
