Livingstone develops global team

Livingstone has promoted Barry Sheehan to Director and Will Evans and Tom Reece to Associates, as it continues to invest in developing talent from within the firm.

Sheehan works across the Business Services and Industrial sectors and is widely respected for his knowledge and network within the Packaging sector. Since joining the firm in 2014 from Deloitte, he has advised on a broad range of transactions including the sales of Adare Advantage to Americk Packaging and the Electro-Ceramics division of Morgan Advanced Materials, the buy-out of Panther Logistics backed by LDC and the sale of Brookdale Care to Tracscare.

Evans has dedicated his time to Livingstone’s Business Services sector since joining from Deloitte in 2015. Will has since completed several transactions including the sales of Lextox Drug & Alcohol Testing to SYNLAB, Triosgroup to SPIE, and the buy-out of CBL Drinks backed by NorthEdge Capital.

Reece joined Livingstone in 2016 from KPMG, and works in the Industrial sector team, with recent transactions including the divestment of LSE-listed Morgan Advanced Material’s UK Electro Ceramics business to CeramTec UK Limited, and the sale of leading provider of cyber-security and information assurance services, Info-Assure to BSI.

Patrick Groarke, Partner at Livingstone, says: “It is a pleasure to see our younger team members mature and flourish. Barry has taken an impressive lead in developing several strategically important sector initiatives – notably in the Packaging arena – while Tom and Will have been receiving significant accolades from the clients they work with as they stamp their authority and deliver outstanding results on their projects.”
