Livingstone, an international mid-market M&A and debt advisory firm, has appointed three new team members in London.
Livingstone has added to its media and technology sector team with the appointment of Hannah Pettitt as associate director and Christina Franzeskides as analyst, with Ian Guilfoyle joining the industrial sector team as associate.

Pettitt previously worked at Deloitte for three years focusing on a range of sell-side and buy-side transactions.
Franzeskides joins from PwC where she spent three years working with clients in the financial services sector practice before joining the firm’s specialist valuations team.
At Livingstone, both Pettitt and Franzeskides will be part of the media & technology sector team with a focus on advising transactions across information, IT services and marketing services verticals.
Livingstone has further expanded its industrial sector team with the appointment of Guilfoyle as associate. Prior to joining Livingstone Guilfoyle spent six years at Deloitte with three years working in the corporate finance team in Deloitte’s Toronto office. Guilfoyle has extensive experience in providing both sell-side and buy-side advice to international corporate and private equity clients.
Jeremy Furniss, partner at Livingstone, says: “Hannah, Christina and Ian’s arrival reflects our confidence in the short-to medium term outlook for mid-market M&A. They bring a wealth of experience and insight which will be of huge benefit to our clients.
“This further demonstrates our dedication to recruiting exceptional young talent, providing them with the opportunity to work with great clients, with the aim of developing them up through the organisation.”
