Avedon Capital Partners has sold Robidus, a provider of social security services and software in the Netherlands, to Aegon, a life insurance, pensions and asset management company headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands. Law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised founders Daniel and Thomas Lowe, on the sale of Fourpure, a Bermondsey based craft brewer brand, to the UK subsidiary of Lion Pty, a large international FMCG company based in Australia.  Set up by brothers Daniel and Thomas Lowe in 2013, Fourpure supplies brands including Session IPA and Pils Lager to larger stores such as Marks & Spencer and Tesco as well as independent outlets.   Trowers corporate partner Nick Harrisingh says: “It was a pleasure to successfully complete another transaction for Daniel and Thomas. UK private equity firm Sovereign Capital Partners has exited investment in Xendo – an independent consultancy and project management organisation in the of (bio)pharmaceutical products, medical devices and healthcare space – to ProPharma Group, a portfolio company of US-based Linden Capital Partners. This is Sovereign’s third exit in recent weeks and swiftly follows the sale of veterinary services provider Linnaeus Group to Mars Petcare’s Veterinary Health Group, and accident management services business Kindertons to ExamWorks. Xendo is also Sovereign’s first exit from its GBP395m fund SCLP IV.   Sovereign originally completed the management buy-out of Xendo in 2016. During the

BlackRock’s European Private Debt team has successfully closed its EUR1.1 billion first-time European Middle Market Private Debt Fund alongside several separate accounts, bringing the total AIM of the strategy to EUR1.8 billion. The capital raise was a result of the team’s strong experience in middle market investing, their differentiated sourcing approach through local originators, and a global effort across the BlackRock platform.     The Fund’s final close exceeded the initial target of EUR750 million. The strategy saw strong demand from a diverse client base of around 50 investors globally, including insurers, public pension plans, foundations, endowments and family offices.  
Fortino Capital is investing EUR2.2 million in Dobco Medical Systems, a Belgian software company specialising in online solutions for medical imaging. Fortino Capital will help Dobco Medical Systems’ management with the further development of their platform and their international expansion.   Dobco Medical Systems was founded in 2011. Its PACSonWEB platform, is used in nine out of 10 Flemish hospitals. PACSonWEB is a secure cloud platform that provides an efficient way to exchange medical images and reports between all involved parties. Dobco is able to simplify complex processes within medical imaging and provide doctors and patients with medical information faster,
Eurazeo PME, Eurazeo’s division specialising in medium-sized companies, is to sell its stake in the Odealim Group, a French insurance brokerage firm for real estate professionals, to private equity firm TA Associates. Eurazeo PME purchased AssurCopro in July 2016, working with founders Olivier Scemama and Vincent Mancel and the company’s management team. The transaction should be finalised in October 2018, once the preliminary operations have been completed. Eurazeo PME’s proceeds from the sale should be twice its initial investment.   With Eurazeo PME as its majority shareholder, Odealim has consolidated its leading position with five acquisitions, including InterAssurances, Jacques Boulard
Funds advised by private equity investor Equistone Partners Europe have agreed to sell a majority stake in Caseking, a European supplier of PC gaming, eSports and tech products, to funds advised by Gilde Buy Out Partners. Equistone acquired Caseking in March 2014 and has subsequently supported the company’s growth strategy. Caseking’s founders and management will retain a stake in the business.
