Growth private equity firm TA Associates has completed an investment in 10bis, a B2B and B2C online food ordering marketplace and payment platform in Israel. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. In the B2B market in Israel, 10bis operates a leading online food marketplace that allows businesses to provide employee meal benefits programs. The 10bis platform is integrated into a company’s human resources and accounting systems, with employees’ allowances made available through a dedicated 10bis account. Livingstone has advised the shareholders of ABI, including management and private equity investor LGV Capital, on CBPE Capital’s acquisition of a majority stake from LGV Capital. Venture capital firm Rand Capital Corporation has made a follow-on investment of USD250,000 as part of a USD1.75 million financing round led by existing investor BroadOak Capital Partners in Empire Genomics, a molecular diagnostics company. Hermes Investment Management’s infrastructure team has acquired an additional 17.1 per cent ownership stake in Southern Water on behalf of clients. The unlisted natural resources debt fundraising market has developed since the financial crisis, with 54 funds closing since 2010 raising a combined USD29 billion.  The most successful year of fundraising occurred in 2013 when 15 funds reached a final close, raising a combined USD11 billion; by comparison, five funds raised just USD0.5 billion in 2014, and nine funds closed in 2015 securing USD5.5 billion of investor capital.
