Private equity firm Intervale Capital has acquired Recapture Solutions from Triten Corporation.
Recapture provides flare reduction and natural gas power solutions to oil and gas production companies in the Permian, Williston (Bakken) and DJ (Niobrara) basins.
Intervale is a private equity firm which invests exclusively in oilfield manufacturing and service companies.
In association with the transaction, Jason Arnoldy has been named chief executive officer of Recapture and Cary Ratterree has been named president. They co-founded Recapture in 2012.

Atlas Copc is to acquire Henrob, a manufacturer of self-pierce riveting systems and rivets especially for the automotive industry.
As part of the transaction Atlas Copco intends to acquire all entities of Henrob with main facilities in the US and the UK.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions including merger control clearances from the competent competition authorities.

Jeff Sica has launched Circle Squared Alternative Investments, a firm dedicated to providing financial advisors with access to alternative investments previously available only to institutions and ultra-high net-worth investors.
Sica’s approach to simplifying alternative market investing – investments that “touch the real economy” – is intended to give advisors and their clients greater confidence in their financial future.

D5 Capital, the media and technology investment and M&A advisor, has secured a cash exit from WalkMe, the interactive online guidance and engagement platform.
D5 Capital’s investor network and super-angel Ran Tushia participated in WalkMe’s Series A investment round in 2012.
The exit has delivered investors a 3.5x gain over the investment period (88 per cent IRR).
